Hotel Polar Star - Zabljak (Zabljak)

no complaint, loved our stay. whole place was reasonably clean with excellent views; unbeatable and stunning location by nature. the rooms were new-fashioned and impressive, had shower facilities, a hair dryer, and soft bathrobes in the bathroom.

Everything was perfect.

I had a very good stay in this relaxing hotel. the staff were excellent, and the location was perfect, just 4 km outside the town center. the room was spacious and modern, featuring a dishwasher, a fridge, and an individual safe. the breakfasts were fantastic, with freshly baked bread and meats available each day, allowing everyone to try something new. I appreciated the good service throughout my stay. Thanks a lot!

Hotel is very new and has a nice restaurant in it.

The room was unfinished, it seems that they were building it and stopped when it was 80% done. There were tiles missing in the toilet and the mirror was improvised. But by far the worse thing was the shower, that was cold and the hotel staff said that that's the normal temperature.... Impossible to believe. Anyway, it's a nice hotel, but overpriced for what they offer.

Our stay was perfectly pleasant, enjoyed very good breakfasts.

The rooms they have where well-appointed and huge with kitchen, a balcony, a nice balcony-nice views...

This hotel offers a nice, clean room that's got everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. 🛌.

The room was not cleaned and there was a constant bad smell from the bathroom or the tubes.

The size of the rooms was great and the view from our room was perfect.

Our room was on the third floor and there were a lot of stairs before we were in our room. Especially when you have many suitcases to take upstairs.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a 2 bed apartment which was large and spacious. Nice design and very clean. We had booked a one bed apartment but it wasn't ready due to a plumbing problem so they put us in a 2 bed apartment at no extra cost. The staff were helpful and friendly and I would recommend staying here.

The only negative is that it is just a bit too far to walk into town so had to drive in.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The photos on the website do not do the apartment justice. I would recommend this hotel to friends and would go back.

The hotel is 4 km out of the centre of Zabljiak, so we were glad we had a car to get around the town.

This hotel is spacious and has a really great location right next to the restaurant and hall, plus it's close to all the main sights and attractions in the area. 😊.

Everything at the Polar Star was very welcoming. The feel and design of the cottages and hotel, the quietness of its surroundings, the friendly staff (who also speak a decent amount of English) and the cleaniness and comfort of the accommodation. The price was very good, especially when you compare it to the other hotel / accommodation options in Zabljak which are not so good. The food at the restaurant was also lovely and very reasonably priced. Lastly, it is a few km's out of town which we thought was a positive as you get to escape all the people in the centre.

New and confortable hotel, a little ways outside of Zabljak. A restaurant serving tasty local food on the premises. I would recommend it to anyone with their owm set pf wheels.

The hotel is still a little under construction and the workmen started at 7:45.

We had a really nice stay at this place. the prices were great, everything was spotless, and it had a fantastic location for some fun activities. 🌟.

The room was very clean, very good location- quiet place, staff very helpful -spoke very good english, excellent breakfast .
